Competitive Wages
For our most popular role – mover (AKA getting paid to stay fit and making a difference in peoples’ lives), compensation is an hourly wage PLUS tips which adds an average $1000 to $1500+ per month to your total compensation!

Interview Process for Movers
- Step 1: Submit your application & be sure to attach a resume
- Step 2: 15 – 30 minute phone screen to go over your application and high level information about why you want to join Einstein
- Step 3: 45 minute – 1 hour in person interview with the branch manager to learn more about you and go into more details about the job
- Step 4: 4 – 8 hour trial day where you’ll test out your skills and get a real ‘day in the life of a mover with Einstein’ experience (don’t worry – we will be sure to pay you for your time)
- Step 5: If it’s a good fit then you’ll receive a formal job offer to join the team
- Step 6: Once you sign, you’ll complete a variety of pre-employment checks (references, background, drug screen, and physical) and then set your official start date!
